My Sacred Altar

This class centers around the creation of a sacred altar, the history of altars, and how to develop and activate a sacred space of your own.

We will actually be making a personal altar out of materials that I will provide. However, you will bring anything of spirit which is precious to your heart: pictures of favorite masters or guru, picture of yourself or loved ones, flowers, crystals, candles, incense, books, mala beads, a bell - anything which moves you.

After we assemble our personal altars, we will invoke some special prayers and bless our spaces.
